Equipment
A small bowl (to mix the egg)
Fork or whisk
Fry pan, wok, hot plate, barbeque
Chopping Board
Sharp knife
Ingredients
50 grams Ham
1 Cup Cooked rice per person
1 egg per person
1 tablespoon of milk
1 sprig of fresh Thyme / or 2 Teaspoons dried thyme
2 sprigs of fresh oregano / or 2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 sprig of parsley / or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Pinch of pepper
1 cup mixed vegetables per person
Method
1)
Cut up all the ingredients
2)
Put the ham on to brown.
3)
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk.
Whisk together as if you were going to make a omelette.
4)
Pour the egg on the hot plate and cook on both
sides. Once cook, cut into pieces and set aside.
5)
The ham should now be browned set aside.
6)
On your hot plate (or cooking surface of choice)
place all the prepped ingredients, including mixed vegetables if you are using
them.
7)
With your spatula or mixing spoon, toss the ingredients
together until they are mixed together.
8)
Once mixed together serve.
Notes
·
Any leftover meat can be used for this recipe.
·
I did not have mixed vegetables this time, but
they full the meal out a little more.
·
You can switch the herbs out to your person
preference.
